I’ve just wrapped up an incredible 2-day Annual Planning session with the brilliant team at Optimising. And the venue? None other than the iconic Geelong Cats HQ at GMHBA Stadium, right in the heart of our city.

There’s something truly powerful about holding planning sessions in a space built around performance, teamwork, and legacy. Over two days, the Optimising team leaned fully into the EOS process. From setting Rocks to solving issues with IDS, the team was energised and committed to building a stronger, more cohesive leadership approach.
