I’ve got some good news to share: I’ve been promoted to Certified EOS Implementer®. It’s the next level up from Professional EOS Implementer®, and EOS Worldwide will be announcing it more broadly on their own channels shortly — but I wanted to share it here first, since a lot of you have been part of the journey.
For anyone unfamiliar with the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), Implementers are independently accredited by EOS Worldwide, and the Certified designation is earned through a track record of running sessions with leadership teams and demonstrating mastery across the full EOS toolset. It’s not something that happens automatically — it’s recognition of the work itself, and of the businesses who put it into practice alongside me.
Nothing changes about how I work with the leadership teams I partner with across Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney and Sri Lanka. I’ll still be running the same focused leadership sessions, quarterly reviews and annual planning that help businesses get more Traction® on their Vision. What this does confirm is that the approach I bring to the table — practical, no-nonsense, focused on results — holds up to EOS Worldwide’s own standard for the highest level of accreditation.
Thank you to every client who has trusted me with their leadership team over the years. This milestone belongs to you as much as it does to me — none of it happens without businesses willing to do the hard work of getting healthy and gaining traction, meeting after meeting.
If you’re curious about what EOS could do for your business, or you’d like to see how a Certified EOS Implementer runs a session, get in touch and I’ll walk you through it — starting with a free 90-minute introduction, wherever you’re based across Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney or Sri Lanka.
