Before I became an implementer, I sat on the other side of the table. I was part of a leadership team that ran on EOS® for six years, and it completely changed how we operated. We doubled the business, both financially and as a team, and eventually sold it. That experience is what pulled me into this work — I’d seen firsthand what EOS® can do for a business when a leadership team commits to it, and I wanted to help other teams get the same result.

I’ve been an EOS® Implementer for three years now, running full-day sessions with leadership teams across Australia and Sri Lanka. I’m closing in on 100 EOS® full-day sessions delivered, with more booked in every month.

The work itself is serious — we’re tackling real issues in the business — but that doesn’t mean the room has to be dry. I want every session to have some energy in it. When a leadership team feels comfortable rather than judged or in competition with each other, they open up, and we get through the harder topics faster and more honestly. That’s the tone I aim to set: serious work, done with people who enjoy being in the room together.
